Memory care is a specialized type of care designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Memory care is intended to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals with memory loss, and to help them maintain a sense of independence and dignity.

Our Facilities

are designed to be safe and secure, with features such as locked doors, alarms, and secure outdoor areas to prevent wandering. The physical environment is also designed to be calming and soothing, with simple decor and color schemes, and lots of natural light.

Here are some more things you need to know about our facilities:

We employ staff who are trained in caring for individuals with dementia. This includes understanding the disease process, managing challenging behaviors, and providing emotional support to residents and their families.

We use clear, simple language, and provide visual cues to help residents understand what is happening around them. They also take the time to listen to residents’ concerns and provide emotional support.

We develop individualized care plans for each resident, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and abilities. Care plans may include assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and behavioral support.

We encourage family involvement in residents’ care, and provide opportunities for family members to participate in activities and events. Family members may also receive education and support on how to communicate and connect with their loved ones with dementia.

We provide a variety of activities designed to stimulate residents’ memories and promote socialization. This may include reminiscing activities, music therapy, art therapy, and group outings.
